Prices and Availability

All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.

Our Goods

Details about each product are provided on their respective pages. Soul Meløysund Esportainment will not be held liable for any physical reactions caused by the materials used in our products.

For custom orders (e.g., jerseys, jackets, hoodies), our logo will typically be placed in two standard locations unless otherwise agreed upon. Custom placements or changes may incur additional costs. Standard placements include the left and right sleeves, above the middle chest (under the neck), or on the chest for clothing items.

Order Cancellation:

Custom-Made Purchases

Under Norwegian law, the same legislation applies to custom-made goods ordered through a retailer as to distance selling. There is no right of withdrawal or automatic return for goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that have been given a clear personal touch, known as custom-made purchases.

Custom Orders

Cancellations are only accepted before the design process begins. Once the design has been completed and approved, and the order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel before production begins, we will refund only the production and shipping costs.

Design-Only Orders

Cancellations are allowed until the designer begins work. Once notified that the design process has started, no refunds will be issued.

Physical Products Without Design Work

Cancellations are accepted if the request is sent to biz@majorchapters.com before the order goes into production. Once in production, cancellations are not possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

Incorrect names or details compared to the order.

Missing logos or text from the approved design.

Significant printing errors or damages in transit (proof required).

Ineligible Returns:

Minor color variations due to screen-to-print discrepancies.

Slight misalignments in logo placement.

Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

Delays caused by shipping couriers or insufficient production lead time.

Payment

We currently accept payments via PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.

If you wish to use Direct Bank Transfer, please contact us at biz@majorchapters.com for instructions. Vipps is also available upon request. Please contact us at biz@majorchapters.com to use this service.

No payment information is stored on our systems, as all transactions are processed securely through PayPal. For privacy concerns, please review PayPal's Privacy Policy.

Shipping

As a Norwegian company, we only ship to Norwegian addresses using Posten (Norgespakken).

Once production is complete and quality checks are finalized, we aim to deliver within 1–10 working days, depending on Posten's delivery schedules.

Production times are outlined in the product description. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays.

Copyright and Trademark

All content on this website, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Soul Meløysund Esportainment. Use of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
